RULES FOR SUBMISSION OF WORKS

The works must be submitted according to the following thematic axes:
1 - Human biodynamics;
2 - Non-communicable diseases and conditions;
3 - Lifestyle and Family, School, and Worker Health;
4 - Innovation in health;
5 - Public policies, social demands, health, and territories;
6 - Mental health and human rights;
7 - Patient safety;
8 - Transversality of Health Care;
9 - Health Surveillance;
10 - Health Vulnerabilities.

The submission of abstracts and full papers should be sent by August 1st, 2023. Deadline for submission of abstracts and chapters EXTENDED until august 8th at 11:59 pm.

- Each participant can submit up to 02 works as the first author;
- The maximum limit is 8 authors per work;
- The certificate for each presented work will be issued online on the event's website and will include the names of all authors;
- Only works submitted following the general rules established by the organizing committee and within the set dates will be accepted. The submission will be confirmed by email; in case of non-receipt, please contact the organizing committee via email: eventoppgpsunisc@gmail.com;
- The list of works approved by the scientific committee will be disclosed on the event's website on September 6th, 2023.

TYPES OF SCIENTIFIC WORK

The scientific works should be submitted in the following modalities:

- SIMPLE RESEARCH PROJECT ABSTRACT, following the norms described in the "general rules for the preparation of the abstract and oral presentation with the use of audiovisual resources";;

- SIMPLE RESEARCH DATA ABSTRACT, following the norms described in the "general rules for the preparation of the abstract and oral presentation with the use of audiovisual resources";

- E-BOOK CHAPTER, following the norms described in the "general rules for the preparation of the complete work (Chapter) and oral presentation with the use of audiovisual resources”.


At the time of registration, the main author should indicate the presentation format (Online Presentation - Simple Abstracts; In-person Presentation - Simple Abstracts; Online Presentation - Book Chapters; In-person Presentation - Book Chapters).

The authors and advisors should not be identified in the body of the work.

SIMPLE RESEARCH PROJECT ABSTRACT

TITLE: (Arial font - CAPITAL LETTERS)
Information: the text should be in Arial 12. The abstract should have between 2500 to 3500 characters with spaces, without bibliographic references. The abstract can be written in Portuguese and English. It should be structured as shown below:
Introduction: central theme of the study. Objective: present a simple, clear, and direct objective. Method: synthesis of the design, main methods, and research instruments. Omit any information that may identify the authors and institutions of the manuscript, as well as the number of the ethics committee opinion. Expected results: synthesis of the expected results in the study.
Keywords: Keyword 1; Keyword 2; Keyword 3; Keyword 4. Present four to six keywords, which must be included in the Medical Subject Headings, from the Index Medicus (http://www.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/) or in the Health Sciences Descriptors (DeCS).

GENERAL RULES FOR THE PREPARATION OF E-BOOK CHAPTERS

The chapter must be submitted following the TEMPLATE and the data of the corresponding author (Full name, email, contact phone number, and address). The presentation of chapters must follow the norms described in the "general rules for the preparation of slide presentations.".
